Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen Arena Hotel

The hotel had a very convenient location, close to the airport, metro, and shopping mall. the staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and well-designed. It was great to have a comfortable and practical space to relax in during our romantic escape.

One major issue we had was with the ventilation system in the room. It pumped air into the room and bathroom at a strong pressure, causing dry air and noise that made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, train station, and airport, making it a great choice for travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large TVs and nice showers. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing early check-in for tired guests. The surrounding area is new and interesting, with a mall, office buildings, and a suspended metro line. the location and facilities of this hotel provide a convenient and comfortable stay.

Some noise from the hotel doors can be heard when shutting them, which may disturb sleep.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The selection of food was poor and the layout was crowded. However, the hotel's location is convenient, just two train stops from the airport and close to the Copenhagen Arena. The automated check-in process was efficient, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Despite the minor inconvenience of a warm room and some construction noise, the hotel was overall comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel is situated in an interesting new quarter with various amenities nearby, such as a mall, office buildings, and easy access to public transportation. While there were a few issues with the breakfast and room temperature, I would still recommend staying at this hotel. it offers good value for the price.

Good size room with high ceilings. Drinkable tap water available. Interesting new quarter with mall, office buildings, metro line to city center. Conveniently located near train station to Malmo and Copenhagen. a pleasant stay.
